Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. General Policy

Due to the custom nature of our DTF (Direct to Film) printing services, most of our products are made-to-order and personalized according to your specifications. As such, we have specific policies regarding refunds and exchanges that differ from standard retail policies.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve any issues.

2. Refund Policy

We offer refunds on products that meet the following criteria:

  • Defective Products: Products that are defective, damaged, or have manufacturing defects upon arrival
  • Wrong Product: Products that are different from what was ordered (wrong size, wrong design, wrong product type)
  • Shipping Errors: Products that were shipped incorrectly or to the wrong address due to our error
  • Quality Issues: Products that do not meet our quality standards as described

Refund Eligibility Requirements:

  • Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number)
  • You must provide photographs or evidence of the defect or issue
  • The product must be returned to us in its original condition (unless damaged during shipping)

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and circumstances are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Custom/Personalized Items: Products that were customized according to your specifications (unless defective or incorrectly produced)
  • Used or Damaged Items: Products that have been used, washed, worn, or damaged by the customer
  • Late Returns: Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
  • Change of Mind: Products returned simply because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/design
  • Digital Products: Any digital files, designs, or downloadable content
  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Refundable"
  • Clearance Items: Products purchased during clearance or special sale events

4. Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for products that meet the following conditions:

  • Defective Products: Products that are defective or damaged upon arrival
  • Manufacturing Errors: Products that were incorrectly produced (wrong size, wrong color, printing errors)
  • Shipping Errors: Products that were shipped incorrectly due to our error
  • Size Exchanges: Size exchanges may be available for certain products, subject to availability and our approval

Exchange Requirements:

  • Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase
  • Size exchanges are subject to product availability
  • Any price difference must be paid by the customer

5. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

To initiate a refund or exchange request, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Us

Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order:

  • Include your order number in all communications

Step 2: Provide Information

When contacting us, please provide:

Step 3: Wait for Approval

We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days. If approved, we will provide you with:

  • Return shipping instructions
  • Return address
  • Return authorization number (RMA)

Step 4: Return the Product

Once approved, return the product to us:

  • Package the product securely in its original packaging (if available)
  • Include the RMA number on the package
  • Use a trackable shipping method
  • Ship to the address provided in our instructions

6. Processing Time

Once we receive your returned product, we will:

  • Inspect the returned item within 2-3 business days
  • Send you an email notification confirming receipt
  • Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange request

Refund Processing:

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after approval
  • The refund will be credited to your original method of payment
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund in your account

Exchange Processing:

If your exchange is approved:

  • We will process your exchange order within 3-5 business days after receiving your returned product
  • You will receive a new order confirmation email
  • The replacement product will be shipped using the same shipping method as your original order
  • You will receive tracking information once the exchange order ships

7. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the following cases:

  • Products that are defective or damaged due to our error
  • Products that were shipped incorrectly by us
  • Products that do not match your order due to our error

In cases where we are at fault, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse your return shipping costs.

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance when returning products. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Production: If your order has not yet entered production, you may cancel it for a full refund
  • During Production: Once production has begun, cancellation may not be possible, or a cancellation fee may apply
  • After Shipping: Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately with your order number. We will confirm whether cancellation is possible and process any applicable refund.

9. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Take clear photographs of the damage or defect
  • Do not use or wash the product
  • Keep all original packaging
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you

We take quality seriously and will work quickly to resolve any quality issues.

10. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, we may offer partial refunds:

  • Minor defects that do not significantly affect the product's usability
  • Products that are slightly different from what was ordered but are still usable
  • Cases where you prefer to keep the product despite minor issues

Partial refunds will be determined on a case-by-case basis and require our approval.

11. Store Credit

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund:

  • Store credit may be offered for returns that don't meet full refund criteria
  • Store credit does not expire
  • Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website
  • Store credit cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash

  • UPI: Refunds will be processed to the original UPI account (3-5 business days)

  • Cash on Delivery: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI (you will need to provide bank details)
