All orders are custom-made according to your specifications. Processing times vary based on order complexity and current production volume:

  • Standard Orders: 2-5 business days from order confirmation
  • Custom/Complex Orders: 5-7 business days from order confirmation
  • Bulk Orders: Processing time will be communicated at the time of order placement
  • Rush Orders: Available upon request (additional charges may apply)

Note: Processing time begins after payment confirmation and order approval. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We partner with trusted courier services to ensure reliable delivery of your orders. Available shipping methods include:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered through our partner courier services (Tirupati, Amazon, Mahavir, etc.)
  • Express Shipping: Faster delivery option (subject to availability)
  • Local Pickup: Available for customers in Ahmedabad and surrounding areas

The shipping method and carrier will be selected based on your location, order size, and delivery requirements. You can select your preferred courier during checkout if multiple options are available.

  • Order Size/Dimensions: Physical dimensions of the package
  • Shipping Destination: Delivery location (within Gujarat or outside Gujarat)

We currently ship to:

  • Gujarat: Special rates may apply for orders within Gujarat
  • Other States: Standard shipping rates apply

International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within India. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly.

5. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:

  • Within Gujarat: 2-4 business days after shipping
  • Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, etc.): 3-5 business days after shipping
  • Other Cities: 5-7 business days after shipping
  • Tier 2/3 Cities: 7-10 business days after shipping

Important: These are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery may vary based on courier performance, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors beyond our control.

Delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment, not from the order date. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

For customers in Ahmedabad and surrounding areas, we offer local pickup:

  • Notification: We will notify you when your order is ready for pickup
  • Identification: Please bring a valid ID and order confirmation
  • No Shipping Charges: Local pickup orders do not incur shipping charges

To select local pickup, choose "Local Pickup or Porter" as your shipping option during checkout.
